Modern Headshots
PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT SESSION
$350 session fee
$100 per image
I help small business owners who want to connect with their audience and show them a genuine snapshot of who they are. I'm all about capturing the real you – your authenticity, your unique personality, and your genuine charm.
PRE-SESSION EXPERIENCE
You will receive a questionnaire so I can get to know your goals for the photography - fill it out as thoroughly as you like. Are you updating your website? How's your social media? Getting new headshots for LinkedIn?
YOUR PHOTO SHOOT EXPERIENCE
You show up with your three favourite power outfits, you know the ones that make you feel your best? Those ones. We'll chat for a bit and then we'll have some fun - even people who reallllly don't like being in front of the camera tell me they feel super comfortable with me. It'll be awesome.
Once we've decided that we've got enough amazing photos of you (this is usually around 30 minutes), we'll sit down together and choose your favourite images. Want my opinion, happy to help. Want to choose them yourself? That's ok, too! This all happens on the same day, immediately after your photoshoot. The ones you choose will be professionally retouched and edited.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Your session fee covers my time and talent. The price per image is $100 - you only buy what you love (and I'm sure you'll love a whole bunch of them!). Your session fee does not include any digital images or products.

All of the modern photos for your small business
BRANDING SESSION
Your potential client will know exactly who you are when you get a branding session. You will receive a collection of images that you can use on your website, social media and all of your marketing materials. I will work with you to discover the message you're trying to convey and create a customized plan to achieve just that through a brand strategy session.
ON LOCATION
Photos take place at your office or outdoors (think: coffee shop, library, park).
BRAND STRATEGY SESSION
The more I know about you, the better! We'll meet to discuss your vision for the session.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH YOUR PHOTOSHOOT?
PHOTOS: You will get updated headshots, product photos (stop using stock photos and get personalized images that are unique to you!) and photos of you doing what you do best. You will receive digital files that are print ready (think: book cover, website, social platforms, media and the list goes on!)
MAKEUP: Professional hair and makeup to get you camera ready.
OUTFITS: Make the most of your time by bringing outfit changes.
SOCIAL MEDIA SUITE: You will receive a bespoke social media suite. Think: LinkedIn banner, that matches your Facebook banner, profile images and the rest. Your social platforms will be cohesive and on brand!

THE PROCESS

Photo Day
I'll setup wherever works best for you and your business. Need a space for the session, let me know because I can arrange for studio space.
If makeup application is needed, that will happen on site before the session.

Book your date
You pay a retainer to secure your date on my calendar.
Let's plan ahead. You'll want to book me approximately 3-6 months ahead of photo day.

Ordering
After approx 2 weeks you will receive a gallery of all the best of your lightly edited images. The user-friendly system will help you order your favourite images - the ones selected will be fully edited.
You will have 1 week to make your selections.

Communication
We'll chat about your business and what you want to achieve with photography.
I will consult on wardrobe and help you with all the planning to make your vision for your brand become a reality!

Delivery
Approximately three weeks after the gallery closes your final digital files will be delivered to you.
